Dual Branding
STEP 1
Contact us to discuss the teas and packaging that best serve you.
STEP 2
PAYMENT for the one-time dual branding fee and initial order is due to initiate the next step. You will receive an invoice via email that is payable via credit card or check.

Send us a PDF of your black and white logo via email. We will then send you a digital mock up & can make necessary edits. Once finalized, we will process your order and ship directly to you!
STEP 4
Final approval of labels is made and the first order is confirmed.

Making an order
To place a dual brand, please contact us to get started. This gives us the ability to have one-on-one communication and ensures that we can fully realize your vision!
For subsequent dual brand orders, please email your sales rep directly instead of placing an order through our website. This ensures that you receive personalized care with each order and triggers in our system that that there is a dual branded label associated with your order.
With dual branding, we use our own eco-friendly, highly visible & trusted packaging & labels.
We remove our graphic label and replace it with your own!
The bottom of each label in small text will read "by tea.o.graphy". This keeps your logo at the top, front and center, thereby representing both companies and our collaboration.
Selecting Teas
Dual-branded labels can apply to any of tea.o.graphy's teas OR to a custom blend.
Note: If combining with a custom blend, the custom blend fee is applied in addition the dual branding fee.
If using a tea.ography blend, we are also happy to change any of our existing tea names to best suit your brand and story.
Order Minimums, Turn Around times, etc
Once labels are finalized, it can take up to 3 weeks to process your first order before it ships. Processing times can vary between 1-3 weeks depending on order volume.
Our minimums are:
- 24 x 1 oz retail ready bags
- 12 x 2 oz retail ready bags
- 100 x packaged teabags

The DESIGN PHASE begins! This step is the creative process. You dream up the packaging and label style and we do our best to recreate this for you. We can also work with your design firm of your choice. Learn more about this below.

As we are not a design firm our in-house abilities may be limited. You may choose to hire an outside design firm at your own expense.
However, our private label fee remains the same as it will then go towards covering the additional time and resources to communicate & collaborate with the design firm.
The world is your oyster in terms of packaging materials and label design. It is helpful to note, we package everything by hand - a labor of love and intention in every bag and every sip.
The hand-crafted element will need to be considered as label design and packaging are dreamed into existence.

Yes!! If combining with a custom blend, the custom blend fee is applied in addition the private label fee.
Absolutely! You may use a tea.o.graphy blend and we are also happy to change any of our existing tea names to best suit your brand and story.

The process in full varies from 3-6 months from first point of contact through the design phase, finalizing the label, and processing the first order.
Order minimums for Private Labeling:
- 50 x 1 oz retail ready bags per tea type
- 25 x 2 oz retail ready bags per tea type
- 500 x packaged teabags per tea type
- 3 lbs bulk loose leaf tea per tea type

The BLENDING PROCESS begins! This is a time of experimentation and creativity. We will create our first rendition to send to you for approval and/or edits.
